The homeless and vulnerable people we support on a daily basis have been some of the worst affected by the COVID-19 crisis with many of the food and support services that people rely on needing to shut down or reduce the contact they have with people.
Social Bite received £1,666 to provide 833 emergency food parcels for people experiencing homelessness and food poverty. Their kitchens, cafes and staff teams were entirely redeployed to produce and deliver food to those most in need during the crisis.
We have been continuing to support people affected by homelessness who come to our cafe as well as delivering lunch packs to temporary accommodation and other homelessness organisations.
Any gift you can make, large or small, can have a huge impact on the lives of many. Businesses, associations and private individuals are being urged to support this appeal and donate whatever they can now.Donate
